SNOW Magazine subscription

SNOW Magazine is the most important Czech journal dealing with the winter sports issues. Each APUL member with a valid stamp receives all 7 issues of the yearly edition by mail (published in the period from October to March).

In every issue of SNOW magazine you will find a double-page of APUL News with the latest information about what has happened in our association and what we are preparing for our members.

Discounts on ski passes and services

SKI PASS DISCOUNTS - apply for a discount with an APUL membership card with a valid stamp in Alpine countries and worldwide. The advantage for obtaining the discount is the ownership of the ISIA stamp. Discounts are not uniform, usually you get a discount in a form of "Jugendtarif". Obviously, a complete list of resorts and discounts around the world cannot be obtained - you have to try.

Events for members

AUTUMN ACADEMY APUL - is organized periodically on a glacier (Sölden / Kaprun). Workshops on snow, perfecting skiing with APUL lecturers, video analysis, evening workshops and discussions, news from the world of skiing.

CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC OF TEACHERS OF SKIING, SNOWBOARDING AND TELEMARK - the most important sporting and social event of the season for instructors. We organize it annualy in March in different ski resorts. It involves regularly up to 150 riders, owners of member ski schools and APUL partners. The most prestigious award is the Challenge Cup for the best ski school of the season.

Issuance of duplicates and confirmations

Issuance of duplicate copies of lost licenses and membership cards is charged CZK 100.

Issuance of documents for recognition of APUL education abroad - a certificate of education in a foreign language  - for APUL Members with a valid stamp free of charge, for others for a fee of CZK 500 / 1 pc.
